Canning Town

This 70,000 sq. ft mixed-use scheme was pre-let and pre-sold, with affordable housing units part pre-sold to Housing Associations. The construction, by Kanhiya Construction, was funded by the owners, with grant funding injected into S106 units. The completed scheme went on to be shortlisted for the 2014 Housing Design Awards.
